Communication objective
In my pictures the artificiality of the puppet is combined with human liveliness.
The body of the puppet represents the ideal of the human body
that is inflicted on us by our society.
It is shown how the human body becomes more and more artificial
and even lifeless because of this ideal. With this project, I am trying to criticize the ideology of our society, which is developed
through journals, magazines, and fashion. I want to shock the viewer.
At first sight he should not recognize the fact that parts of the puppet are human.
Subsequently the unnaturalness of the image is recovered.
Tools used
I created a pictures by combining of two different ones. Therefore, I chose different tools to make the crossing invisible, for example, a mask. |
