Communication objective
The objective of this series is to break the conventions of standard photographic display and allow the viewer to think about their relationship to spaces. These photographs, mounted in physical arcs, become installations designed to allow the viewer to directly relate to the space and perspective presented in the image. I used Philadelphia architecture and vistas as the palette for the viewer's experience.
Tools used
I used Adobe® Photoshop® CS2 in the creating these images. I employed Photomerge® to piece together between 10 and 30 images taken by a Nikon D200. Then I edited the photographs using a variety of Photoshop® tools such as color replacement, healing brushes, levels and curves, etc. |
