Stone Savior

Communication objective
In the mixed-up history of man, far too many people have resorted to bloodshed in order to settle their disputes. In this allegorical tale, an unfeeling gargoyle is brought to life in a time of great peril. The impersonal weapons of war threaten the beauty of his spiritual home.  Will the gargoyle’s devoted actions be enough to save his sacred cathedral from destruction? Countless innocent lives suffer from the turmoil of warfare.  This fantasy tale is a tribute to them all.

Tools used
I used Adobe® Photoshop® all the textures, matte paintings, and visual developments. The final stone textures would have been impossible were it not for Photoshop®. I handled all video editing, including preproduction, solely in Adobe Premiere®. I used Adobe After Effects® to composite some lighting and special effects and Adobe Audition® to edit sound effects.
