Alternate Endings Title Sequence

Communication objective
This is a title sequence for a live-action USC thesis film directed by Greg Townsend. In the film, a murder takes place on a movie set.  My objective was to make an exciting title sequence that would capture the comic and clever tone of the film. Director Greg Townsend also had two specific requests. First, he wanted to make sure the sequence suggested the roles of the lead characters without giving away the story. Second, he wanted to make sure the name of the film was only partially readable until a specific point in the music.

Tools used
I created the icons used in the title sequence in Adobe® Illustrator®. The animation was done completely in After Effects® 7.0.
